Like most women I am many things,
most importantly a wife and mom...
but above all I am strong, loyal, forgiving, & happy... 
Well, okay happy with just about everything but this "MOMMY BODY" my darling babies had left me with!
I had 4 babies in 6 years - 2000, 2002, 2004, & 2006...
And goodness gracious, how EVER did those precious little people do a NUMBER on my body!!



So I made a choice to have my kids
become my motivation instead of my excuse
& get my wide, saggy butt, cottage cheese thighs & lower gut back on the path to bringing sexy BACK...
It had been gone WAY too long!


The summer of 2010 I decided
to go find where I'd lost it! 

I found an amazing trainer & signed up for my first Figure Competition... only TEN weeks out!
Long story short I lost 20lbs & 10% bodyfat...
And became a National NPC Competitor.
I've since switched from Figure to
the Bikini Division & I'm loving every minute of it!

So do I have it all figured out? Uh... yea.. NO!!! But 13 years of marriage & 4 kids in 6 years have given me not only authentic experiences but a unique perspective

See, here's the thing... When my time here on earth is done I want to arrive in heaven TOTALLY empty...
Having given ALL the love, hope, healing, encouragement, peace, & joy God placed in me to EVERY single heart He intended I touch.
"But what happens if THEY do something bad?"
Well, I don't have any control over them.
"But what happens when GOD does something GOOD?"
THAT answer is what I'm all about.
In light of eternity, our moments on earth are exactly that... mere moments.
I'm not willing to waste ANY of them being "careful" 
It's my life, my choice, & my job to love people unconditionally & God's job to change them as He sees fit. End of story.

"Jesus said: Love one another! In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are mine when they see the love you have for each other!" John 13:35
